RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0669 (Sponsored by: Committee on Commerce, Trade & Industry, Economic Enterprise and Cooperatives) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 033 ON THIRD READING AND ENACTING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2020-447, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR COMPREHENSIVE GUIDELINES IN THE DEVELOPMENT, MARKETING AND SELLING OF SUBDIVISION LOTS IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN AND PENALIZING THE DEVELOPERS AND LICENSED REAL ESTATE BROKERS FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 033, authored by Honorable Pameron, entitled: "An Ordinance Providing for Comprehensive Guidelines in the Development, Marketing and Selling of Subdivision Lots in the City of Pagadian and Penalizing the Developers and Licensed Real Estate Brokers for Violation thereof" after having been deliberated, scrutinized and favorably considered on First and Second Reading, is now presented for Third and Final Reading; WHEREAS, finding the proposed ordinance beneficial to the general public, its enactment is deemed appropriate; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y.
