"A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 033, ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR COMPREHENSIVE GUIDELINES IN THE DEVELOPMENT, MARKETING AND SELLING OF SUBDIVISION LOTS IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN AND PENALIZING THE DEVELOPERS AND LICENSED REAL ESTATE BROKERS FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" ON SECOND READING AND FOR ITS FURTHER CONSIDERATION ON THIRD READING"

WHEREAS, consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 033, authored by Honorable Pameron, during its Second Reading finds the same most relevant and applicable under the present needs and circumstances; 

WHEREAS, this body deems the draft sufficient in form and that the substance thereof is urgent and necessary so as to warrant its further treatment on Third and Final Reading; 

NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it
RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 033, entitled: "An Ordinance Providing for Comprehensive Guidelines in the Development, Marketing and Selling of Subdivision Lots in the City of Pagadian and Penalizing the Developers and Licensed Real Estate Brokers for Violation Thereof" on Second Reading and for its further consideration on Third Reading.
