"A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 036 ON THIRD READING AND ADOPTING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2020-446, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE REQUIRING THE MANDATORY USE OR WEARING OF FACE MASK IN ALL PUBLIC PLACES OF PAGADIAN CITY DURING OR ON OCCASION OF A DECLARED NATIONAL OR LOCAL PUBLIC HEALTH EMERGENCY DUE TO AN EPIDEMIC DISEASE TRANSMISSIBLE THROUGH DROPLETS OR AIRBORNE, AND PROVIDING VIOLATION THEREOF"

WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 036, entitled: "An Ordinance Requiring the Mandatory Use or Wearing of Face Mask in All Public Places of Pagadian City During or on Occasion of a Declared National or Local Public Health Emergency Due to an Epidemic Diseases Transmissible Through Droplets or Airborne, and Providing Violation Thereof" was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken;

NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it

RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 036 on Third Reading and adopting the same as City Ordinance No. 2020-446, entitled: "An Ordinance Requiring the Mandatory Use or Wearing of Face Mask in All Public Places of Pagadian City During or on Occasion of a Declared National or Local Public Health Emergency Due to an Epidemic Disease Transmissible Through Droplets or Airborne, and Providing Violation Thereof."
