RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0629 (Sponsored by: Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING EN TOTO THE RECOMMENDATION OF THE CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER (C3) BOARD AS ENUNCIATED UNDER ITS BOARD RESOLUTION NO. 10 SERIES OF 2020" WHEREAS, the City Commercial Center (C3) Board, during its Board Meeting held on 16 July 2020, enacted Board Resolution No. 10 Series of 2020, entitled: "A resolution Recommending to the Honorable Sangguniang Panlungsod that the Payments of Mr. Eric Jabines Amounting to P1,782,346.00 for the Stall Nos. SF 64 and SF 69 at the Second Floor of the C3 Mall be Credited as His Down Payment for any Stall He wish to Acquire Therein," and forwarded the same to this august body for appropriate consideration; WHEREAS, the foregoing Board Resolution was enacted in view of the predicament experienced by Mr. Eric Jabines--who have been forcibly evicted by the previous administrator from occupying and operating Stall Nos. SF 64 and SF 69 at the second floor of the City Commercial Center (C3) and instead awarded the same to a certain Arcellah Selim--despite having paid the total amount of P1,782,346.00 representing the Twenty Percent (20%) down payment and a monthly amortization equivalent to eleven (11) months; WHEREAS, premises considered, and taking into account the current situation where the said stalls can no longer be made available as the present occupant had already paid in full, this body finds it reasonable and practicable to approve and adopt the C3 Board's recommendation, hence, this passage; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to approve and adopt, as this body hereby approves and adopts en toto the recommendation of the City Commercial Center (C3) Board as enunciated under its Board Resolution No. 10 series of 2020. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be furnished the C3 Board through Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co, in his concurring capacity as Chairman of the C3 Board; the Manager-City Commercial Center (C3); and Mr. Eric Jabines, for their information, guidance and reference. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
