Pameron, was presented for consideration on First Reading; WHEREAS, the same Draft Ordinance No. 036 is favorably recommended for further consideration and deliberation on Second Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it RESOLVED to approve, as it is hereby approved on First Reading Draft Ordinance No. 036, authored by Honorable Pameron, entitled: "An Ordinance amending Section 7 (Penal Provisions) of City Ordinance No. 2020-438, entitled: "An Ordinance Requiring The Mandatory Use or Wearing of Face Mask or Improvised Face Shield in all Public Places of Pagadian City during or on occasion of a Declared National or Local Public Health Emergency due to an Epidemic or Pandemic Diseases Transmissible through Droplets or Airborne, and Providing Penalty for Violation Thereof."
