Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION ADOPTING, FOR IMPLEMENTATION IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN, PROVINCIAL ORDINANCE NO. 036-2020, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PRESCRIBING FOR THE RULES AND REGULATIONS OF THE MODIFIED GENERAL COMMUNITY QUARANTINE (MGCQ) IN THE PROVINCE OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR AND IMPOSING SANCTIONS AND PENALTIES TO THE VIOLATORS THEREOF AND AMENDING FOR THE PURPOSE PROVINCIAL ORDINANCES NO. 034-2020 AND NO. 026-2020" WHEREAS, presented before this august body is Provincial Ordinance No. 036-2020 of the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Zamboanga del Sur, entitled: "An Ordinance Prescribing for the Rules and Regulations of the Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur and Imposing Sanctions and Penalties to the Violators Thereof and Amending for the Purpose Provincial Ordinances No. 034-2020 and No. 026-2020;" WHEREAS, the said Ordinance, after careful perusal and evaluation, has been found to be appropriate and effective, under the present situation, as a measure to contain, if not prevent the further spread of COVID-19 disease in the city, such that adopting and supporting the same is deemed in order; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to adopt , as this body hereby adopts, for implementation in the City of Pagadian, Provincial Ordinance No. 036-2020, entitled: "An Ordinance Prescribing for the Rules and Regulations of the Modified General Community Quarantine (MGCQ) in the Province of Zamboanga del Sur and Imposing Sanctions and Penalties to the Violators Thereof and Amending for the Purpose Provincial Ordinances No. 034-2020 and No. 026-2020." RESOLVED FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co; and all other offices concerned, for information, guidance and/or appropriate action.
