RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0597 (Sponsored by: Committee on Public Utilities, Transportation, Communications & Franchising) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 09, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ENACTING THE CODE OF PUBLIC INTEGRATED BUS AND JITNEY TERMINAL OF PAGADIAN CITY" ON SECOND READING AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 09 on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, following the introduction of modifications or amendments in the provisions therein so as to suit the perceived needs based on current situation as manifested by the Committee on Public Utilities, Transportation, Communications and Franchising, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesuseller M. Duterte, it was RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 09, entitled: "An Ordinance Enacting the Code of Public Integrated Bus and Jitney Terminal of Pagadian City" on Second Reading and for the consideration of the same on Third Reading.
