"A RESOLUTION ENACTING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2020-443, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE FOUR (4) CO-TERMINUS POSITIONS OF DRIVER I, SALARY GRADE 3, UNDER THE ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION, OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR; DEFINING ITS FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES; AND ALLOCATING FUNDS THEREFOR"" 

WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 032, authored by Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating the Four (4) Co-Terminus Positions of Driver I, Salary Grade 3, under the Administrative Division, Office of the City Mayor; Defining its Functions, Duties and Responsibilities; and Allocating Funds Therefor," was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; 

WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval;

NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it

RESOLVED to enact, as this body hereby enacts City Ordinance No. 2020-443, entitled "An Ordinance Creating the Four (4) Co-Terminus Positions of Driver I, Salary Grade 3, under the Administrative Division, Office of the City Mayor; Defining its Functions, Duties and Responsibilities; and Allocating Funds Therefor."
