RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0593

"A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON FIRST READING, DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 032, ENTITLED "AN ORDINANCE CREATING THE FOUR (4) CO-TERMINUS POSITIONS OF DRIVER I, SALARY GRADE 3, UNDER THE ADMINISTRATIVE DIVISION, OFFICE OF THE CITY MAYOR; DEFINING ITS FUNCTIONS, DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES; AND ALLOCATING FUNDS THEREFOR" 

WHEREAS, in view of the importance and urgency of the request of the Honorable City Mayor, Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, in his capacity as Chairperson of the Committee on Finance and Appropriations, presented for consideration on First Reading Draft Ordinance No. 032, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating the Four (4) Co-Terminus Positions of Driver I, Salary Grade 3, under the Administrative Division, Office of the City Mayor; Defining its Functions, Duties and Responsibilities; and Allocating Funds Therefor;" 

WHEREAS, the same Draft Ordinance No. 032 is favorably recommended for further consideration and deliberation on Second Reading;

NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it

RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on First Reading Draft Ordinance No. 032, entitled: "An Ordinance Creating the Four (4) Co-Terminus Positions of Driver I, Salary Grade 3, under the Administrative Division, Office of the City Mayor; Defining its Functions, Duties and Responsibilities; and Allocating Funds Therefor."
