Gavenia) "A RESOLUTION STRONGLY ENDORSING THE PROPOSED ESTABLISHMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE PAGADIAN CITY WATER PARK PROJECT LOCATED AT BARANGAY SAN PEDRO, THIS CITY, IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF FIFTEEN MILLION NINE HUNDRED SEVENTEEN THOUSAND SEVEN HUNDRED FORTY-SEVEN (P15,917,747.00) PESOS FOR FUNDING CONSIDERATION UNDER THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT SUPPORT FUND-ASSISTANCE TO CITIES (LGSF-AC) PURSUANT TO THE REPUBLIC ACT NO. 11260 OR THE FISCAL YEAR 2019 GENERAL APPROPRIATIONS ACT (GAA)" WHEREAS, the establishment and/or development of the Pagadian City Water Park project at Barangay San Pedro, this City, has been identified among the priority development projects of the City Government of Pagadian for the benefit and welfare of the general public; WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor, in view of the lack of the necessary funding resources of the City Government to finance the development of such essential infrastructure project, has sought financial assistance from the national government in the amount of P15,917,747.00 under the Local Government Support Fund (LGSF)-Assistance to Cities, as provided under Republic Act No. 11260 or the Fiscal Year 2019 General Appropriations Act; WHEREAS, as a matter of requirement, the favorable endorsement from the Sangguniang Panlungsod is necessary to hasten the release of the requested funding assistance and facilitate the implementation of the project, hence, this endorsement; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to strongly endorse, as this body hereby strongly endorses the proposed establishment and development of the Pagadian City Water Park project located at Barangay San Pedro, this City, in the total amount of Fifteen Million Nine Hundred Seventeen Thousand Seven Hundred Forty-Seven (P15,917,747.00) Pesos for funding consideration under the Local Government Support Fund-Assistance to Cities (LGSF-AC) pursuant to Republic Act No. 11260 or the Fiscal Year 2019 General Appropriations Act (GAA). RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to Honorable Wendel E. Avisado, Acting Secretary-Department of Budget and Management, Boncoding Hall, General Solano St., San Miguel, Manila, for his favorable consideration; and to Honorable City Mayor Samuel S.
