RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0558 (Movant: Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia) "A RESOLUTION REQUESTING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO CONVENE THE CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER (C3) BOARD PURPOSELY TO DELIBERATE ON THE LETTER-COMPLAINT OF A CERTAIN IRENE M. MADARANG RELATIVE TO THE ALLEGED UNLAWFUL TAKING AND OCCUPATION BY THE PREVIOUS ADMINISTRATION OF STALL NO. FF80 AT THE CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER, THIS CITY AND, IF FOUND NECESSARY, COME UP WITH APPROPRIATE ACTION AND/OR RECOMMENDATION THERETO" WHEREAS, this august body was furnished with a copy of a letter-complaint from Ms. Irene M. Madarang in relation to the alleged unlawful taking and occupation by the previous administration of a stall at the City Commercial Center (C3) particularly Stall No. FF80-which is under a Rent-To-Own Contract in the name of a certain Christian D. Madarang; WHEREAS, upon careful perusal and evaluation, it was found out that such concern is within the ambit of authority of the C3 Board-being the governing and policy-making body of the City Commercial Center (C3), such that there is cogent reason to request the City Chief Executive to immediately convene the C3 Board to deliberate and, if necessary, come up with appropriate action and/or recommendation relative thereto; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to request, as this body hereby requests the Honorable City Mayor to convene the City Commercial Center (C3) Board purposely to deliberate on the letter-complaint of a certain Irene M. Madarang relative to the alleged unlawful taking and occupation by the previous administration of Stall No. FF80 at the City Commercial Center, this city and, if found necessary, come up with appropriate action and/or recommendation thereto. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his immediate favorable consideration; the C3 Manager, Engr. Antonio P.
