A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 028 ON THIRD READING AND ADOPTING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2020-439, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE GRANTING AMNESTY TO ALL REAL PROPERTY TAXPAYERS IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN PARTICULARLY ON THE PAYMENT OF THE INTEREST, PENALTIES, SURCHARGES INCURRED FROM DELINQUENT TAX PAYMENTS/ACCOUNTS, PRESCRIBING THE CONDITIONS AND THE PERIOD OF AVAILMENT THEREOF, AND IN CASE OF NON-PAYMENT, AUTHORIZING THE UTILIZATION OF AVAILABLE LEGAL REMEDIES FOR THE COLLECTION OF ANY AND ALL TAXES DUE TO THE CITY OF PAGADIAN"

"A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 028 ON THIRD READING AND ADOPTING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2020-439, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE GRANTING AMNESTY TO ALL REAL PROPERTY TAXPAYERS IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN PARTICULARLY ON THE PAYMENT OF THE INTEREST, PENALTIES, SURCHARGES INCURRED FROM DELINQUENT TAX PAYMENTS/ACCOUNTS, PRESCRIBING THE CONDITIONS AND THE PERIOD OF AVAILMENT THEREOF, AND IN CASE OF NON-PAYMENT, AUTHORIZING THE UTILIZATION OF AVAILABLE LEGAL REMEDIES FOR THE COLLECTION OF ANY AND ALL TAXES DUE TO THE CITY OF PAGADIAN""

 WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 028 was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken;

WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval;

 NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it

RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 028 on Third Reading and Adopting the same as City Ordinance No. 2020-439, entitled: "An Ordinance Granting Amnesty to All Real Property Taxpayers in the City of Pagadian Particularly on the Payment of the Interest, Penalties, Surcharges Incurred from Delinquent Tax Payments/Accounts, Prescribing the Conditions and the Period of Availment Thereof, and In Case of Non-Payment, Authorizing the Utilization of Available Legal Remedies for the Collection of Any and All Taxes Due to the City of Pagadian".
