Gavenia) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RENAMING AND/OR THE CHANGING OF THE PROJECT TITLE/NAME OF SPECIFIC PROJECTS CONTAINED IN THE CALENDAR YEAR 2020 ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN AND THE CALENDAR YEAR 2020 ANNUAL BUDGET OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, the City Development Council forwarded to this august body its Resolution No. 2020-03 which in gist adopted and approved the renaming/changing of the herein Project Titles/Names as listed under the CY 2020 Annual Investment Plan, to wit: AIP Reference Number Current Project Titles/Names Project Cost DRRMF20-1000-2-b23 Construction of Drainage with Sidewalk along Jamisola St. (Jct. J.P Rizal Ave.-Alano St.) Northern Side 1,200,000.00 DF20-8000-B1o Impvt./Conc. of Road at Prk. Gugma, Ballesteros Vill., Balangasan 350,000.00 WHEREAS, after careful perusal and evaluation, the body, finding importance and urgency of the foregoing matter and in consideration of the favorable manifestation from the Chairman of the Committee on Infrastructure, Public Bidding and Community Development, deems it necessary to support the intention to hasten the implementation of these projects, hence, this approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the renaming and/or the changing of the Project Title/Name of the above-referred projects contained in the Calendar Year 2020 Annual Investment Plan and the Calendar Year 2020 Annual Budget of the City Government of Pagadian, as follows: AIP Reference Number Renamed To Project Cost DRRMF20-1000-2-b23 Construction of Drainage with Sidewalk Along Jamisola St. (Jct.
