Gavenia) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE RESETTING OF THE SCHEDULE OF THE 33RD REGULAR SESSION TO 01 APRIL 2020" WHEREAS, in an effort to contain, if not prevent, the spread of the Corona Virus Disease 2019 pandemic (COVID-19), the Provincial Governor of the Province of Zamboanga del Sur issued Executive Order No. 4, dated March 16, 2020, which, in gist, placed the entire Province of Zamboanga del Sur under Enhanced Community Quarantine; WHEREAS, in response thereto, this august body, to ensure proper observance of social or physical distancing as an effective public health measure, deems it necessary to reschedule the 33rd Regular Session to April 01, 2020; RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the resetting of the schedule of the 33rd Regular Session to 01 April 2020.
