Cagampang) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 025 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2020-437, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE BREEDING, RAISING OR DOMESTICATING ANY SPECIES OF FLYING BIRDS OR PLAYING AND/OR OPERATING ANY AND ALL FLYING OBJECTS AS WELL AS ALLOWING ANY DOMESTIC ANIMALS TO GO ASTRAY WITHIN THE TWO POINT FIVE (2.5)-KILOMETER RADIUS OF THE PAGADIAN CITY AIRPORT OR THE SO-CALLED "AIRPORT ZONE", SITUATED AT BARANGAY MURICAY, PAGADIAN CITY, AND IMPOSING PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 025, authored by Honorable Vincenzo E. Cagampang, has been thoroughly considered by this august body with its merits, importance and relevance procedurally tackled on First and Second Reading; WHEREAS, finding no legal impediment for its further consideration, its enactment is deemed appropriate; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Vincenzo E. Cagampang, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 025 on Third Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2020-437, entitled: "An Ordinance Prohibiting The Breeding, Raising Or Domesticating Any Species Of Flying Birds Or Playing And/Or Operating Any And All Flying Objects As Well As Allowing Any Domestic Animals To Go Astray Within The Two Point Five (2.5)-Kilometer Radius Of The Pagadian City Airport Or The So-Called "Airport Zone", Situated At Barangay Muricay, Pagadian City, And Imposing Penalty For Violation Thereof" APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
