Cagampang) "A RESOLUTION INVITING THE CITY HEALTH OFFICER THROUGH THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO ATTEND THE SCHEDULED JOINT COMMITTEE MEETING OF THE COMMITTEE ON POLICE, FIRE AND PUBLIC SAFETY AND COMMITTEE ON HEALTH AND SOCIAL SERVICES ON 06 FEBRUARY 2020 AT 2:00 O'CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON, AT THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD SESSION HALL, LEGISLATIVE BUILDING, TO SHED LIGHT ON THE INSPECTION REPORT OF MR. ALEXANDER B. CIMAFRANCA, SANITARY INSPECTOR IV, ON THE MATTER OF THE UNRESOLVED DRAINAGE PROBLEM AT THE ALLEY BEHIND THE SAINT COLUMBAN COLLEGE (SCC), LOCATED AT SAGUN STREET, SAN FRANCISCO DISTRICT, THIS CITY" WHEREAS, this body received a copy of inspection report from Mr. Alexander B. Cimafranca, Sanitary Inspector IV-City Health Office, addressed to the City Health Officer, Dr. Noel E. Ceniza, on the matter regarding the unresolved drainage problem of the alley behind Saint Columban College, located at Sagun Street, San Francisco District, Pagadian City; WHEREAS, alarmed and disturbed of the foregoing problem and, in consideration of its importance and urgency, the concerned Committees, to which the said matter was referred, has scheduled a Joint Committee Meeting tomorrow, February 06, 2020, such that this body, in order to ascertain and establish the veracity of the facts on the above-mentioned issue, deems it necessary to invite the presence of the City Health Officer during the said meeting; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Vincenzo E. Cagampang, be it RESOLVED to invite, as this body hereby invites the City Health Officer through the Honorable City Mayor to attend the scheduled Joint Committee Meeting of the Committee on Police, Fire and Public Safety and Committee on Health and Social Services on 06 February 2020 at 2:00 o'clock in the afternoon, at the Sangguniang Panlungsod Session Hall, Legislative Building, to shed light on the inspection report of Mr. Alexander B. Cimafranca, Sanitary Inspector IV, on the matter of the unresolved drainage problem at the alley behind Saint Columban College (SCC), located at Sagun Street, San Francisco District, this city. RESOLVED, FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be forwarded to Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his immediate consideration; and to Dr. Noel E.
