RIDAO, NATIONAL ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (NEDA-IX), AND INTERIM CHAIRPERSON-RDC-IX, OF THE SANGGUNIANG PANLUNGSOD'S RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0299, ENTITLED: "A RESOLUTION MANIFESTING TO THE COOPERATIVE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (CDA)-REGIONAL OFFICE 9, THE CITY GOVERNMENT'S INTENTION TO PROVIDE AND ALLOCATE AN APPROPRIATE LOT AREA AT THE PRESIDENT CORAZON C. AQUINO REGIONAL CENTER (PCCARC) SITE AT BARANGAY BALINTAWAK, THIS CITY, FOR THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF THE CDA-TRAINING CENTER IN PAGADIAN CITY", FOR HIS INFORMATION AND APPROPRIATE CONSIDERATION" WHEREAS, this Sanggunian (13th City Council), during its 21st Regular Session held on 18 December 2019, passed Resolution No. 2019-0299, entitled: "A Resolution Manifesting to the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA)-Regional Office 9, the City Government's Intention to Provide and Allocate and Appropriate Lot Area at the President Corazon C. Aquino Regional Center (PCCARC) Site at Barangay Balintawak, this city, for the proposed construction of the CDA-Training Center in Pagadian City," and copy furnished the OIC-Regional Director of the National Economic Development Authority (NEDA) in her concurring capacity as the Interim Chairperson of the Regional Development Council-Region 9, for information and appropriate consideration; WHEREAS, it is within the purview of the City Chief Executive to take necessary action on the said matter, hence the need to endorse to him the foregoing acknowledgement letter from Director Ridao; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it RESOLVED to officially endorse, as this body hereby officially endorses to the Honorable City Mayor the letter-acknowledgement from the OIC-Regional Director Phlorita A. Ridao, National Economic Development Authority (NEDA-IX), and Interim Chairperson-RDC-IX, of the Sangguniang Panlungsod's Resolution No. 2019-0299, entitled: "A Resolution Manifesting to the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA)-Regional Office 9, the City Government's Intention to Provide and Allocate and Appropriate Lot Area at the President Corazon C. Aquino Regional Center (PCCARC) Site at Barangay Balintawak, this city, for the Proposed Construction of the CDA-Training Center in Pagadian City", for his information and appropriate consideration.
