RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0367 (Sponsor: Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia) "A RESOLUTION AFFIRMING THE APPROVAL OF THE ANNUAL PROCUREMENT PLAN OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2020 IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE APPROVED CY 2020 ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN" WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Panlungsod, during its 20th Regular Session held on 11 December 2019, passed Resolution No. 2019-0286 which, in gist, approved and adopted the Annual Investment Plan for Calendar Year 2020 of the City Government of Pagadian involving the total amount of One Billion Three Hundred Million (P1,300,000,000.00) Pesos; WHEREAS, among the specific plans and projects attached to the CY 2020 Annual Investment Plan is the indicative Annual Procurement Plan for the various needs and requirements of the different departments and/or offices of the City Government of Pagadian; WHEREAS, after thorough evaluation and consideration of the said Annual Procurement Plan, it was found out to be most responsive and practically addresses the needs of the different offices of the city government, thus this passage; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to affirm, as this body hereby affirms the approval of the Annual Procurement Plan of the City Government of Pagadian for Calendar Year 2020 in accordance with the approved CY 2020 Annual Investment Plan and, the specific items under the Plan are herein attached and marked as Annex "A" and made an integral part of this Resolution. RESOLVED, FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Honorable Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Zamboanga del Sur through His Honor, Vice Governor Roseller A. Ariosa, for information, guidance and/or appropriate action; to the City Development Council through the City Planning and Development Coordinator in his capacity as Head of the CDC Secretariat, to the Chairman of the Local Finance Committee; and to the Honorable City Mayor, this City, for their information and guidance.
