"A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING AND RATIFYING THE LOCAL CULTURAL DEVELOPMENT PLAN (LCDP) OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2020 INVOLVING VARIOUS PROGRAMS, ACTIVITIES AND PROJECTS IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THIRTEEN MILLION (P13,000,000.00) PESOS"

WHEREAS, pursuant to DILG Memorandum Circular No. 2017-133, dated 29 September 2017, the City Government of Pagadian has allocated the total amount of Thirteen Million (P13,000,000.00) Pesos for the various programs, activities and projects for Local Cultural Development Plan for Calendar Year 2020;

WHEREAS, such plan, after thorough evaluation and consideration, was found to be most responsive and practically addresses the needs of the city's constituencies, thus this passage;

 NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it

RESOLVED to confirm and ratify, as this body hereby confirms and ratifies the Local Cultural Development Plan of the City Government of Pagadian for Calendar Year 2020 involving various programs, activities and projects in the total amount of Thirteen Million (P13,000,000.00) Pesos as herein itemized:

RESOLVED, FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the Honorable Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Zamboanga del Sur through His Honor, Vice Governor Roseller A. Ariosa, for information, guidance and/or appropriate action; to the City Development Council through the City Planning and Development Coordinator in his capacity as Head of the CDC Secretariat, to the Chairman of the Local Finance Committee; and to the Honorable City Mayor, this City, for their information and guidance.
