RESOLUTION NO. 2020-0348-A (Sponsor: Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez) "A RESOLUTION EXTENDING THE CITY'S SINCEREST THANKS AND GRATITUDE TO THE PNP MARITIME GROUP FOR THEIR INVALUABLE SUPPORT AND DEDICATED EFFORT WHICH LED TO THE SUCCESS OF THE RECENTLY CONCLUDED PASALAMAT FESTIVAL 2020" WHEREAS, the week-long celebration of the Pasalamat Festival 2020 in honor of the feast of the Patron Saint, El Senior Santo Nino, was peacefully and successfully undertaken; WHEREAS, this august body recognizes the invaluable support and cooperation demonstrated by the PNP Maritime Group, who have positively provided the support mechanism to assure the public of their safety and protection which have greatly contributed to the successful conduct of the different Church-initiated and City Government-sponsored events; WHEREAS, such laudable performance is worthy of acknowledgement and deserving of this body's commendation; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Priscilla M. Fernandez, be it RESOLVED to extend, as this body hereby extends the city's sincerest thanks and gratitude to the PNP Maritime Group for their invaluable support and dedicated effort which led to the success of recently concluded Pasalamat Festival 2020. RESOLVED, FURTHER, that copies of this Resolution be transmitted to the PNP Maritime Group, through its Chief, PCT Al Rahid H. Tulawe, for their information. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
