ONDEN FOR THE TEMPORARY CLOSURE TO VEHICULAR TRAFFIC OF THE PORTION OF CABRERA STREET CORNER GOV. J. ARIOSA STREET AND GOV. J. ARIOSA STREET CORNER SANSON STREET DURING THE HEREIN SPECIFIED DATES AND PERIODS OF THE DAY" WHEREAS, Most Reverend Rolando P. Onden, Chairman, Fiesta Executive Council and Santo Nino Cathedral Parish Administrator, through a letter, has requested authority from the Sangguniang Panlungsod to temporarily close to vehicular traffic, the portion of Cabrera Street corner Gov. J. Ariosa Street and Gov. J. Ariosa Street corner Sanson Street in relation to the traditional church celebration of the parochial fiesta in the City of Pagadian in honor of its Patron Saint, El Senor Santo Nino, during the herein specified dates and time, to wit: 10 - 17 January 2020 from 2:30 p.m. up to 8:00 p.m. and 19 January 2020 from 3:00 a.m. up to 10:30 p.m. WHEREAS, the body, in the interest of public safety, finds cogent reason to approve the request as a manifestation of consideration and due regard to religious observance; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesuseller M. Duterte, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the request of Reverend Rolando P. Onden for the temporary closure to vehicular traffic of the portion of Cabrera Street Corner Gov. J. Ariosa Street and Gov. J. Ariosa Street corner Sanson Street during the herein specified dates and periods of the day. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be furnished His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co; Reverend Rolando P. Onden of Santo Nino Cathedral Parish; the City Police Office; and the City Traffic Management Office-CMO, for their information, guidance, and/or appropriate action. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
