RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0303 (Sponsor: Committee on Markets, Slaughterhouse/Dressing Plants) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 023, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE SETTING LOCAL GUIDELINES GOVERNING THE USE, MANAGEMENT AND OPERATION OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT-OWNED PROCESSING EQUIPMENT/MACHINE AND PRESCRIBING FEES AND CHARGES THEREOF" AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD AND FINAL READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 023 on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, following the introduction of some necessary amendments proposed by the members of this august body together with the Committee on Markets, Slaughterhouse/Dressing Plants in its earlier report which facilitated its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 023, entitled: "An Ordinance Setting Local Guidelines Governing the Use, Management and Operation of the City Government-Owned Processing Equipment/Machine and Prescribing Fees and Charges Thereof" and for the consideration of the same on Third and Final Reading.
