Pameron) "A RESOLUTION MANIFESTING TO THE COOPERATIVE DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (CDA)-REGIONAL OFFICE 9, THE CITY GOVERNMENT'S INTENTION TO PROVIDE AND ALLOCATE AN APPROPRIATE LOT AREA AT THE PRESIDENT CORAZON C. AQUINO REGIONAL CENTER (PCCARC) SITE AT BARANGAY BALINTAWAK, THIS CITY, FOR THE PROPOSED CONSTRUCTION OF THE CDA-TRAINING CENTER IN PAGADIAN CITY" WHEREAS, the Regional Development Council IX through the Interim Chairperson, in response to Resolution No. 2019-0247, by way of a letter dated 10 December 2019, informed the body that, during its 166th Regular Meeting held on 05 September 2019, they had only submitted and endorsed the Regional Development Investment Program (RDIP) and FY 2021 Annual Investment Program (AIP) of the City Development Authority (CDA) which include the P25,000,000.00 for the construction of CDA Training Center in Pagadian City; WHEREAS, in view of the foregoing development, the City Government-while acknowledging the gesture and action shown by the Regional Development Council IX-deems it prim and proper to convey the city's intention to make available for free an appropriate lot area at the President Corazon C. Aquino Regional Center Site, Barangay Balintawak, this City, for the establishment of the proposed CDA-Training Center; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it RESOLVED to manifest, as this body hereby manifests to the Cooperative Development Authority (CDA)-Regional Office 9, the City Government's intention to provide and allocate an appropriate lot area at the President Corazon C. Aquino Regional Center (PCCARC) site at Barangay Balintawak, this City, for the proposed construction of the CDA-Training Center in Pagadian City. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to Regional Director Ruben L. Cunanan, City Development Authority (CDA) IX, for information and favorable action; to the Regional Development Council (RDC) IX, through Regional Director Phlorita A. Ridao, OIC-NEDA IX and Interim Chairperson of the RDC IX, for information and guidance; and the Honorable City Mayor, for support and follow-up. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
