RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0289 (Sponsor: Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION DELINEATING A TWENTY-FIVE THOUSAND (25,0000) SQUARE METER LOT-MORE SPECIFICALLY AT THE UPPERMOST PORTION FROM THE INTEGRATED BUS TERMINAL-BEING A PORTION OF THE SIXTY THOUSAND (60,000) SQUARE METER-REAL PROPERTY ACQUIRED AND OWNED BY THE CITY GOVERNMENT SITUATED AT BARANGAY BULATOK, THIS CITY, WHICH DELINEATED LOT SHALL BE ALLOCATED PURPOSELY AS SITE OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT'S HOUSING PROJECT" WHEREAS, consistent with the National Government's program and in line with the thrust of this present administration to attend to the needs of the underprivileged constituents of the city by providing them decent shelter, the Honorable City Mayor, by way of a letter, manifest his proposition to allocate Twenty-Five Thousand (25,000) square meter-lot out of the Sixty Thousand (60,000) square meter real property acquired and owned by the City Government situated at Barangay Bulatok, this city, for use as site of the City Government's housing project to be funded by the National Housing Authority; WHEREAS, given the importance and urgency of the foregoing matter, the body, upon careful perusal and evaluation, finds wisdom in the proposition of the City Chief Executive, thus delineating and segregating the above-specified lot and allocating the same as site for the city government's housing project thereat is most imperative; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to delineate, as this body hereby delineates a Twenty-Five Thousand (25,0000) square meter lot-more specifically at the uppermost portion from the Integrated Bus Terminal-being a portion of the Sixty Thousand (60,000) square meter-real property acquired and owned by the City Government situated at Barangay Bulatok, this city, which delineated lot shall be allocated purposely as site of the City Government's Housing Project. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co; the City Planning and Development Coordinator; and all other offices concerned, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
