RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0277 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ADOPTING THE CY-2020 PLANS, PROGRAMS AND ACTIVITIES AND BUDGET OF THE CITY FOR THE ONE PERCENT (1%) SENIOR CITIZENS AND PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES FUND IN THE TOTAL AMOUNT OF THIRTEEN MILLION (P13,000.000.00) PESOS, AS ADOPTED AND INCLUDED UNDER THE LOCAL EXPENDITURE PROGRAM OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN FOR CALENDAR YEAR 2020 AND ITEMIZED/DETAILED IN THE CY-2020 ANNUAL INVESTMENT PLAN (AIP)" WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor submitted the Annual Investment Plan for Calendar Year 2020 involving the total amount of P1,300,000,000.00, which included, among others, the plans, programs and activities for the One Percent (1%) Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities; WHEREAS, the body, after thorough evaluation by the concerned Committee to which the said matter was initially referred, and in compliance with the requirement set by the reviewing body for the passage of a specific action on the same, deems it appropriate and in order to approve and adopt the Calendar Year 2020 Plans, Programs and Activities and Budget of the City for the One Percent (1%) Senior Citizen and Persons with Disability (PWD) Fund in the total amount of P13,000.000.00 Pesos; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve and adopt, as this body hereby approves and adopts the CY-2020 Plans, Programs and Activities and Budget of the City for the One Percent (1%) Senior Citizens and Persons with Disabilities fund in the total amount of Thirteen Million (P13,000.000.00) Pesos, as adopted and included under the Local Expenditure Program of the City Government of Pagadian for Calendar Year 2020 and itemized/detailed in the CY-2020 Annual Investment Plan (AIP). RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this resolution be transmitted to the Sangguniang Panlalawigan of Zamboanga del Sur through the Honorable Vice Governor and Presiding Officer, Sangguniang Panlalawigan, Provincial Government Center, Dao, this City, for their information and reference; and to the City Planning and Development Coordinator/CDC Secretariat; the City Budget Officer, and the Honorable City Mayor, all of this City, for their information and guidance.
