RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0274 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Ways and Means and Committee on Planning and Landed Estates) "A RESOLUTION FIXING THE APPRAISED VALUE OF ALL EXISTING BUILDINGS/STRUCTURES/IMPROVEMENTS INCLUDING THE CITY GYM, LEGISLATIVE BUILDING AND THE REST OF THE OFFICES WITHIN THE PAGADIAN CITY SPORTS COMPLEX IN THE AMOUNT OF SIXTY-ONE MILLION NINETY-FIVE THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED EIGHTY (P61,095,180.00) PESOS AND, THEREBY, ADOPTING RESOLUTION NO. 5, SERIES OF 2019 OF THE CITY APPRAISAL COMMITTEE" WHEREAS, the Honorable City Mayor, by way of a letter dated 14 November 2019, forwarded to this august body, for its appropriate consideration, Resolution No. 5, series of 2019, of the City Appraisal Committee which, in gist, determined the fair market value of the Pagadian City Gymnasium, the Legislative Building, and all other existing offices building, structure and/or improvement within the Pagadian City Sports Complex, as herein enumerated, to wit: Name of Total Area Structural Unit Cost Depreciation Total Fair Building Per Sq. Asugas, be it RESOLVED to fix, as this body hereby fixes the appraised value of all existing buildings/structures/improvements including the City Gym, Legislative Building and the rest of the offices within the Pagadian City Sports Complex in the amount of Sixty-One Million Ninety-Five Thousand One Hundred Eighty (P61,095,180.00) Pesos and, thereby, adopting Resolution No. 5, series of 2019, of the City Appraisal Committee. RESOLVED FURTHER, to a copy of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co for his information and guidance. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
