RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0269 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Barangay Affairs and Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION ENJOINING THE 54 BARANGAY GOVERNMENT UNITS OF PAGADIAN CITY TO STRICTLY ADHERE AND COMPLY WITH THE FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS OF THE COMMISSION ON AUDIT AS ENUNCIATED IN THEIR RESPECTIVE AUDIT OBSERVATION MEMORANDUM (AOM) AND TO URGENTLY INSTITUTE APPROPRIATE MEASURES TO ADDRESS ANY AND ALL ADVERSE AND DISCLAIMER FINDINGS STIPULATED THEREAT" WHEREAS, the Commission on Audit through the City Auditor furnished this august body with copies of the audit reports and findings of the different barangays of the City of Pagadian concerning their respective fiscal operations and transactions; WHEREAS, the joint Committee on Barangay Affairs and Committee on Finance and Appropriations, to which the said reports were referred, recommended in its Joint Committee Report No. 100 to sternly inform the 54 Barangay Government Units of the City of Pagadian to take note and adhere to the audit observations and comply with the recommendations therein to uphold the interest of the government particularly in the management of their funds; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it RESOLVED to enjoin, as this body hereby enjoins the 54 Barangay Government Units of Pagadian City to adhere and comply with the findings and recommendations of the Commission on Audit as enunciated in their respective Audit Observation Memorandum (AOM) and to urgently institute appropriate measures to address any and all adverse and disclaimer findings stipulated thereat. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be furnished all 54 Barangay Government Units through their respective Punong Barangay, for their guidance and/or appropriate action; and to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S.
