Pameron, entitled: An Ordinance Implementing, As A Prerequisite For The Issuance Of The Corresponding Business And Building Permit, A Centralized Collection By The City Government Of Pagadian For The Required Barangay Clearance Fees Concerning Any And All Application For Any Business Related Transactions In The City Of Pagadian" was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the measure as it stands merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y.
