RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0267 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Commerce, Trade and Industry, Economic Enterprise and Cooperatives and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 020, ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE IMPLEMENTING, AS A PREREQUISITE FOR THE ISSUANCE OF THE CORRESPONDING BUSINESS AND BUILDING PERMIT, A CENTRALIZED COLLECTION BY THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN FOR THE REQUIRED BARANGAY CLEARANCE FEES CONCERNING ANY AND ALL APPLICATION FOR ANY BUSINESS RELATED TRANSACTIONS IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN" ON SECOND READING AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 020 on second reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, with the broad presentation by the Committees concerned in its joint Committee Report No. 098 which facilitated its consideration on Second Reading, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Fernando Y. Pameron, be it RESOLVED to approve, as it hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 020, entitled: An Ordinance Implementing, As A Prerequisite For The Issuance Of The Corresponding Business And Building Permit, A Centralized Collection By The City Government Of Pagadian For The Required Barangay Clearance Fees Concerning Any And All Application For Any Business Related Transactions In The City Of Pagadian" on Second Reading and for the consideration of the same on Third Reading.
