RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0264 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Public Utilities, Transportation, Communications and Franchising and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 019 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2019-432, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF MOTORIZED TRICYCLES FOR-HIRE ALLOWED TO OPERATE WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF PAGADIAN CITY FROM TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY (2,850) UNITS TO THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (3,500) UNITS AND, THEREBY, AMENDING SECTION 153, ARTICLE 6 OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2018-400, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ROAD NETWORK AND TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT CODE OF PAGADIAN CITY"" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 019, authored by the Committee on Public Utilities, Transportation, Communications and Franchising and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation, has been thoroughly considered by this august body with its merits, importance and relevance procedurally tackled on First and Second Reading; WHEREAS, finding no legal impediment for its further consideration, its enactment is deemed appropriate; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesuseller M. Duterte, be it RESOLVED to approve, as it hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 019 on Third Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2019-432, entitled: "An Ordinance Providing for an Increase in the Number of Motorized Tricycles For-Hire Allowed to Operate Within the Jurisdiction of Pagadian City from Two Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty (2,850) Units to Three Thousand Five Hundred (3,500) Units and, thereby, Amending Section 153, Article 6 of City Ordinance No. 2018-400, entitled: "An Ordinance Providing for the Road Network and Transportation Management Code of Pagadian City".
