RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0263 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Public Utilities, Transportation, Communications and Franchising and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 019, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR AN INCREASE IN THE NUMBER OF MOTORIZED TRICYCLES FOR-HIRE ALLOWED TO OPERATE WITHIN THE JURISDICTION OF PAGADIAN CITY FROM TWO THOUSAND EIGHT HUNDRED FIFTY (2,850) UNITS TO THREE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED (3,500) UNITS AND, THEREBY, AMENDING SECTION 153, ARTICLE 6 OF CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2018-400, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ROAD NETWORK AND TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT CODE OF PAGADIAN CITY" AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 019 on second reading, finds the proposed measure within the ambit of authority of the body, aside from its very relevance and practicability under the present circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesuseller M. Duterte, be it RESOLVED to approve, as it hereby approves on Second Reading Draft Ordinance No. 019, entitled: "An Ordinance Providing for an Increase in the Number of Motorized Tricycles For-Hire Allowed to Operate Within the Jurisdiction of Pagadian City from Two Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty (2,850) Units to Three Thousand Five Hundred (3,500) Units and, thereby, Amending Section 153, Article 6 of City Ordinance No. 2018-400, entitled: "An Ordinance Providing for the Road Network and Transportation Management Code of Pagadian City," and for the consideration of the same on Third Reading.
