RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0258 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Agriculture, Fishery and Agrarian Reform and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 017 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2019-431, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE COMMON FRUIT STAND AREA IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN; PRESCRIBING THE GUIDELINES FOR ITS OPERATION; SETTING THE FEES AND CHARGES FOR THE USE OF THE FACILITIES THEREAT; AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 017 was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public thus merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as it hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 017 on third reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2019-431, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing the Common Fruit Stand Area in the City of Pagadian; Prescribing the Guidelines for Its Operation; Setting the Fees and Charges for the Use of the Facilities Thereat; and Providing Penalties for Violation Thereof.
