T-50,810, T-50,811, T-50,812, T-50,813, T-50,814, T-50,815, T-50,817, T-50,818, T-44,504, T-48,461 AND T-47,984, RESPECTIVELY, AND CONTAINING A TOTAL AREA OF 40,293 SQUARE METERS, SITUATED AT BARANGAY BOGO, THIS CITY, FROM AGRICULTURAL ZONE TO RESIDENTIAL ZONE" WHEREAS, in line with the thrust of this present administration to provide decent and socialized housing to the city's underprivileged constituents, the PANALANGIN Homeowners Association Incorporated, through its President, Mr. R-yan T. Villaflores, by way of a letter-request, sought the reclassification of the herein parcels of land situated at Barangay Bogo, this City, with a total land area of 40,293 square meters, which is currently classified as Agricultural Zone (AZ) pursuant to City Ordinance No. 2008-273, to Residential Zone, viz: Registered Owner Lot No. TCT No. Total Area (Per Sq. Goc-ong Lot 7 T-47,984 12,078.00 WHEREAS, the body, following the favorable recommendation of the concerned Committees, to which the foregoing matter was referred for initial study and evaluation, and considering such endeavor to be the first Socialized Housing Project in the city, deems it appropriate at this prevailing circumstance to approve the reclassification of the area, hence, this passage; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Fernando Y. Pameron, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the reclassification of the following parcels of land, viz: Lot 491-A, Lot 491-B, Lot 491-C, Lot 491-D, Lot 491-E, Lot 491-F, Lot 491-H, Lot 491-I (road), Lot 5, Lot 6 and Lot 7, covered by TCT Nos. T-50,810, T-50,811, T-50,812, T-50,813, T-50,814, T-50,815, T-50,817, T-50,818, T-44,504, T-48,461 and T-47,984, and containing a total area of 40,293 square meters, situated at Barangay Bogo, this City, from Agricultural Zone to Residential Zone. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his information; to Mr. R-yan T. Villaflores, President, PANALANGIN Homeowners Association Inc.; and to all other offices concerned, for their information, guidance and appropriate action. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
