RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0241 (Co-Sponsors: Committee on Public Utilities, Transportation, Communication and Franchising and Committee on Laws, Rules and Policy Formulation) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE APPLICATION OF GLOBE TELECOMMUNICATIONS, INCORPORATED, TO CONSTRUCT, INSTALL, MAINTAIN AND OPEARATE SELF-SUPPORTING CELLULAR TOWERS IN BARANGAYS BUENAVISTA (NAZARETH), BALINTAWAK, BALANGASAN, KAHAYAGAN, LUMBIA, BUENAVISTA (ANONANG),TIGUMA AND SAN JOSE, ALL OF THIS CITY, FOR ITS CELLULAR MOBILE TELEPHONE SERVICES EXPANSION PROJECT, SUBJECT TO THE CONDITION THAT ALL PERTINENT LEGAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE SAME BE SATISFACTORILY COMPLIED WITH" WHEREAS, the Globe Telecommunicatios, Incorporated, through Andryviv Cloid O. Sarsalejo, Site Acquisition Officer, Richworld Infra Solution Corporation, sought approval of the City Government of Pagadian, for its service coverage expansion project through the construction, installation, maintenance and operation of a Self-Supporting Cellular Towers in barangays Buenavista (Nazareth), Balintawak, Balangasan, Kahayagan, Lumbia, Buenavista (Anonang), Tiguma and San Jose, all of this city; WHEREAS, the concerned Committees-to which the foregoing matter was referred for initial evaluation and consideration-recommended in its report the approval of the project after having determined that the requesting party had substantially complied with the pertinent and documentary requirements set forth by law as well as City Ordinance No. 2012-328, which recommendation is supported by the body; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesuseller M. Duterte, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the application of Globe Telecommunications, Incorporated, to construct, install, maintain and operate Self-Supporting Cellular Towers in barangays Buenavista (Nazareth), Balintawak, Balangasan, Kahayagan, Lumbia, Buenavista (Anonang), Tiguma and San Jose, all of this city, for its cellular mobile telephone services expansion project, subject to the condition that all pertinent legal requirements for the construction of the same be satisfactorily complied with. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor, this City; to Mr. Andryviv Cloid O. Sarsalejo, Site Acquisition Officer, Richworld Infra Solution Corporation, and others concerned for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
