Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE CHANGE IN THE PROJECT TITLE FOR PROJECT NO. 2SAIP19-DF8000-B4f, FROM "CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE ALONG JAMISOLA STREET FROM JUNCTION BENIGNO AQUINO STREET TO JUNCTION DATOC STREET (SOUTHERN SIDE), BARANGAY SANTA LUCIA" TO "CONSTRUCTION OF DRAINAGE ALONG JAMISOLA STREET FROM JUNCTION DATOC STREET TO DUTERTE STREET (SOUTHERN SIDE), BARANGAY SANTA LUCIA"" WHEREAS, the City Development Council (CDC), by way of Resolution No. 2019-06, sought to rectify the double entry of a particular project title in the Calendar Year 2019 Supplemental Annual Investment Plan (SAIP) No. 02, by effecting the change of the project name for Project No. 2SAIP19-DF8000-B4f, from "Construction of Drainage along Jamisola Street from junction Benigno Aquino Street to junction Datoc Street (Southern Side), Barangay Santa Lucia," to "Construction of Drainage along Jamisola Street from junction Datoc Street to Duterte Street (Southern Side), Barangay Santa Lucia;" WHEREAS, finding urgency and importance of the foregoing concern, this body deems it prim and proper to favorably consider such request, thus approving the change of the project title is most appropriate at this prevailing circumstance; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the change in the project title for Project No. 2SAIP19-DF8000-B4f, from "Construction of Drainage Along Jamisola Street from junction Benigno Aquino Street to junction Datoc Street (Southern Side), Barangay Santa Lucia," to "Construction of Drainage Along Jamisola Street from junction Datoc Street to Duterte Street (Southern Side), Barangay Santa Lucia." RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor, the City Planning & Development Coordinator, the City Budget Officer, the City Accountant, the City Engineer and the City Auditor, all of this City, for their information, reference and/or appropriate action.
