RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0229 (Sponsor: Honorable Jesuseller M. Duterte) "A RESOLUTION APPOINTING MR. RESTITUTO M. BRONIOLA AS MEMBER OF THE MOTORIZED TRICYCLE REGULATORY BOARD (MTRB) REPRESENTING THE NON-GOVERNMENT ORGANIZATION (NGO)" WHEREAS, Paragraph (a) of Section 144 of City Ordinance No. 2018-400 as amended by City Ordinance No. 2019-427, provides for the composition of the Motorized Tricycle Regulatory Board (MTRB) and included One (1) Non-Government Organization representative to be determined by the Sangguniang Panlungsod, as member; WHEREAS, a certain Mr. Restituto M. Broniola, a tricycle driver and the current Federated President of the City Tricycle Drivers/Owners Association, was favorably endorsed to represent the non-government organization in the board; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesuseller M. Duterte, be it RESOLVED to appoint, as this body hereby appoints Mr. Restituto M. Broniola as member of the Motorized Tricycle Regulatory Board (MTRB) representing the Non-Government Organization (NGO). RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co; and Mr. Restituto M. Broniola, for their information, guidance and reference.
