RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0227 (Sponsor: Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE EFFICACY OF EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 37, SERIES OF 2019, ISSUED BY HIS HONOR, CITY MAYOR SAMUEL S. CO, ON OCTOBER 21, 2019" WHEREAS, in consideration of the annual commemoration of the All Saint's Day and All Soul's Day on November 1-2, 2019, Honorable City Mayor Samuel S. Co issued Executive Order No. 37, dated 21 October 2019, which, in gist, created the composition of the Oplan Kaluluwa 2019, who shall be tasked to manage and address the influx of people visiting their departed loved ones at the cemeteries; WHEREAS, this body finds the need to confirm the foregoing action of the City Mayor, hence this passage; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to confirm, as this body hereby confirms the efficacy of Executive Order No. 37, series of 2019, issued by His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, on October 21, 2019. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his information and guidance. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
