RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0205 (Sponsor: Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE EXTENSION OF THE CONTRACT OF LEASE FOR ALL LEASEHOLDERS AT THE CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER (C3) FOR A SPECIFIC PERIOD FROM OCTOBER 2019 UP TO DECEMBER 2020, AND SETTING/FIXING THE AMOUNT OF STALL RENTAL THEREAT" WHEREAS, following the information that most, if not all, Contract of Lease entered into by and between the City Government of Pagadian and the stallholder at the City Commercial Center (C3) are almost expiring, the C3 Board enacted and passed Resolution No. 01, series of 2019, entitled: "A Resolution Recommending to the Honorable Sangguniang Panlungsod that All Leaseholders Contracts Shall be Renewed Effective October 2019 to December 2020 and Providing for the Fixed Amount of Rentals Therein," and forwarded the same to this august body for appropriate consideration; WHEREAS, upon careful perusal and evaluation, this body, finding urgency and importance of the foregoing matter, deems it appropriate and in order to extend the lease contract for the period October 2019 up to December 2020 and fixing the amount of stall rental thereat; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the extension of the Contract of Lease for all leaseholders at the City Commercial Center (C3) for a specific period from October 2019 up to December 2020, and setting/fixing the amount of stall rental thereat, as specified hereunder, to wit: Ground Floor - P405.00/square meter per month 2nd Floor - P315.00/square meter per month 3rd Floor - P225.oo/square meter per month 4th and 5th Floors - P200.00/square meter per month RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to the Honorable City Mayor, in his concurring capacity as Chairman-C3 Board; the City Treasurer; the City Auditor; the C3 Manager; and the C3 Stall Owners Association through its President, all of this City, for their information, guidance and reference.
