Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE HONORABLE CITY MAYOR TO ENTER, FOR AND IN BEHALF OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN, INTO A MEMORANDUM OF AGREEMENT WITH THE SMART COMMUNICATIONS, INCORPORATED, FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SMART TELECOMMUNICATION FACILITIES WITH AN INDOOR DISTRIBUTED ANTENNA SYSTEM (DAS) AT THE CITY COMMERCIAL CENTER (C3)" WHEREAS, the City Government of Pagadian and the Smart Communications Inc. have agreed to concertedly pursue the installation of Smart Telecommunication Facilities with an Indoor Distributed Antenna System (DAS) at the City Commercial Center (C3), with the end in view of providing the finest and ideal communication coverage for all of their patrons/clients/customers; WHEREAS, to ensure the pursuance of the above-referred project, the Honorable City Mayor sought from this Sanggunian the necessary authority for him to represent the City Government in the formulation of a Memorandum of Agreement with the Smart Communications, Incorporated, which request merited the body's support and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to authorize, as this body hereby authorizes the Honorable City Mayor to enter, for and in behalf of the City Government of Pagadian, into a Memorandum of Agreement with the Smart Communications, Incorporated, for the installation of Smart Telecommunication Facilities with an Indoor Distributed Antenna System (DAS) at the City Commercial Center (C3). RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be forwarded to His Honor, City Mayor Samuel S. Co, for his immediate favorable consideration; to the City Legal Officer; and to Mr. Martin T. Rio, First Vice President, Property and Management, SMART Tower, 6799 Ayala Avenue, City of Makati, for their information, guidance and reference. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
