Duterte) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 011 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2019-427, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2018-400, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROVIDING FOR THE ROAD NETWORK AND TRANSPORTATION MANAGEMENT CODE OF PAGADIAN CITY" PARTICULARLY PARAGRAPH (a) OF SECTION 143, ARTICLE 2; AND PARAGRAPHS (a) COMPOSITION, AND (b) POWERS AND AUTHORITY, BY INCORPORATING ITEM NO. 7, OF SECTION 144 OF ARTICLE 3 THEREOF" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 011 was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, thus its consideration on Third Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public thus merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Hon. Jesuseller M. Duterte, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 011 on Third Reading and Ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2019-427, entitled: "An Ordinance Amending City Ordinance No. 2018-400, entitled: "An Ordinance Providing For The Road Network And Transportation Management Code Of Pagadian City" particularly Paragraph (a) of Section 143, Article 2; and Paragraphs (a) Composition, and (b) Powers and Authority, by incorporating Item No. 7, of Section 144 of Article 3 thereof."
