RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0192 (Sponsor: Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE REQUEST OF RESIDENT MINISTER FREDDIE H. GRAVIDEZ, IGLESIA NI CRISTO, ECCLESIASTICAL DISTRICT OF ZAMBOANGA DEL SUR, LOCAL CONGREGATION OF PAGADIAN CITY, TO UTILIZE THE PAGADIAN CITY OVAL GROUND-TRACK AND FIELD ON 20 OCTOBER 2019 FROM 1:00 O'CLOCK IN THE AFTERNOON UP TO 8:00 O'CLOCK IN THE EVENING FOR THE CONDUCT OF THEIR TRACK AND FIELD GAMES IN CONNECTION WITH THE IGLESIA NI CRISTO AREA UNITY GAMES, SUBJECT, HOWEVER, TO THE PRESENT AND EXISTING CONDITION OF THE SAID FACILITY" WHEREAS, in connection with the Iglesia Ni Cristo Area Unity Games, Resident Minister Freddie H. Gravidez, Iglesia Ni Cristo, Ecclesiastical District of Zamboanga del Sur, Local Congregation of Pagadian City, by way of letter-request, dated October 15, 2019, sought to utilize the Pagadian City Oval for their track and field games on October 20, 2019 from 1:00 p.m. to 8:00 in the evening; WHEREAS, the body, finding the urgency and importance of the foregoing request, and in consideration of the information that there is no other schedule for use of such facility during the requested period, deems it in order to approve the request provided that the existing guidelines/policies on the use of the referred facilities be duly complied with and, subject further to the present and existing condition of such facility; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Hon. Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to approve, as it hereby approves the request of Resident Minister Freddie H. Gravidez, Iglesia Ni Cristo, Ecclesiastical District of Zamboanga del Sur, Local Congregation of Pagadian City, to utilize the Pagadian City Oval ground-track and field on 20 October 2019 from 1:00 o'clock in the afternoon up to 8:00 o'clock in the evening for the conduct of their track and field games in connection with the Iglesia Ni Cristo Area Unity Games, subject, however, to the present and existing condition of the said facility. RESOLVED, FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be furnished Resident Minister Freddie H. Gravidez, Iglesia Ni Cristo; the Honorable City Mayor; and all other offices concerned, for their information, guidance and/or appropriate action. APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
