RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0190 (By: Acclamation) "A RESOLUTION EXPRESSING AND CONVEYING HEARTFELT SYMPATHY AND CONDOLENCES TO THE CABARDO FAMILY FOR THE UNTIMELY DEMISE OF MR. RAUL L. CABARDO" WHEREAS, Mr. Raul L. Cabardo-the elder brother of Honorable Divina Grace C. Yu, Representative of the First Congressional District of Zamboanga del Sur, succumbed to death due to Myocardial Infarction (MI) last October 06, 2019, at the age of 54; WHEREAS, as a result of the untimely passing of their beloved brother Raul, Honorable Congresswoman Divina Grace C. Yu and family are now in grief and sorrow; WHEREAS, the members of this august body join the rest of the city residents in expressing their deepest sympathy and in praying for the eternal repose of Raul's soul; NOW, THEREFORE, by the unanimous motion of the members of the 13th City Council, be it RESOLVED to express and convey, as this body hereby expresses and conveys heartfelt sympathy and condolences to the Cabardo Family for the untimely demise of Mr. Raul L. Cabardo. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let a copy of this Resolution be furnished the Cabardo Family, through Honorable Congresswoman Divina Grace Cabardo Yu, for their information. APPROVED BY ACCLAMATION.
