Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 06 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2019-426, ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE REGULATING THE PAGADIAN CITY LIVESTOCK INDUSTRY AND ESTABLISHING THE PAGADIAN CITY LIVESTOCK AUCTION MARKET BESIDE THE FISHPORT AREA, PROMULGATING RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR ITS OPERATION, MANAGEMENT, AND MAINTENANCE, PRESCRIBING FEES AND RATES OF ITS OFFERED SERVICES AND PROVIDING PENALTIES FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 06 was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public thus merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 06 on Third Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2019-426, entitled: "An Ordinance Regulating the Pagadian City Livestock Industry and Establishing the Pagadian City Livestock Auction Market Beside the Fishport Area, Promulgating Rules and Regulations for its Operation, Management, and Maintenance, Prescribing Fees and Rates of Its Offered Services and Providing Penalties for Violation Thereof."
