Ariosa) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 05 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2019-425, ENTITLED: AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING A COMMON LECHON OR ROASTED PIG (PORK DISH) AREA IN THE CITY OF PAGADIAN AND IMPOSING FEES AND OTHER CHARGES ON THE USE OF ITS FACILITIES"" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 05 was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public thus merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Ronald Christopher Glenn L. Ariosa, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 05 on Third Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2019-425, entitled: "An Ordinance Establishing a Common Lechon or Roasted Pig (Pork Dish) Area in the City of Pagadian and Imposing Fees and Other Charges on the Use of Its Facilities."
