Cagampang) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 03 ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS CITY ORDINANCE NO. 2019-424 ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE SNEAKING-IN/SMUGGLING OF CONTRABANDS IN DETENTION CELLS, JAILS, REFORMATORY CENTERS AND HALF-WAY HOUSES AND IMPOSING THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" WHEREAS, Draft Ordinance No. 03, authored by Honorable Vincenzo E. Cagampang, has been thoroughly considered by this august body with its merits, importance and relevance procedurally tackled on First and Second Reading; WHEREAS, finding no legal impediment for its further consideration, its enactment is deemed appropriate; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Vincenzo E. Cagampang, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 03, on Third Reading and ordaining the same as City Ordinance No. 2019-424 entitled: "An Ordinance Prohibiting the Sneaking-In/Smuggling of Contrabands in Detention Cells, Jails, Reformatory Centers and Half-Way Houses and Imposing the Penalty for Violation Thereof."
