Cagampang) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT ORDINANCE NO. 03, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING THE SNEAKING-IN/SMUGGLING OF CONTRABANDS IN DETENTION CELLS, JAILS, REFORMATORY CENTERS AND HALF-WAY HOUSES AND IMPOSING THE PENALTY FOR VIOLATION THEREOF" ON SECOND READING AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD READING"" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Ordinance No. 03 on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Vincenzo E. Cagampang, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Ordinance No. 03, entitled: "An Ordinance Prohibiting the Sneaking-In/Smuggling of Contrabands in Detention Cells, Jails, Reformatory Centers and Half Way Houses and Imposing the Penalty for Violation Thereof" on Second Reading and for the consideration of the same on Third Reading.
