TCT-48,596, CONTAINING A TOTAL AREA OF 17,626 SQUARE METERS, WITH 113 LOTS/UNITS, SITUATED AT BARANGAY BALOYBOAN, THIS CITY" WHEREAS, pending before this body is the application of Ms. Julieta M. Abejuela, for Final Approval & Development Permit of a Subdivision Project involving Lot No. 5296-A-2-B, Psd-09-O70-420; WHEREAS, after thorough review and evaluation by this body, in the coordination of the City Planning and Development Office and the concerned SP Committee, the same application has been found to be in order so as to merit approval subject, however, to the pertinent laws and issuances governing the same; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Teodoro M. Quicoy, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves the application of Ms. Julieta M.
