RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0155 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING DRAFT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 002, ON THIRD READING AND ORDAINING THE SAME AS APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 2002-09-2019 ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED (P125,417,100.00) PESOS AS AVAILABLE FOR APPROPRIATION PURSUANT TO THE CERTIFICATION ISSUED BY THE LOCAL FINANCE COMMITTEE AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME AMOUNT FOR SPECIFIED PRIORITY PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND EXPENDITURES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN" WHEREAS, Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 002 was thoroughly considered by this august body on First and Second Reading and has undergone and complied with all the required processes following the determination of its necessity and practicability, hence its consideration on Third and Final Reading was undertaken; WHEREAS, the intent and application of the proposed measure is deemed for the best interest of the general public thus merits the body's final action and approval; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 002, on Third Reading and ordaining the same as Appropriation Ordinance No. 2002-09-2019 entitled: "An Ordinance Declaring the Sum of One Hundred Twenty-Five Million Four Hundred Seventeen Thousand One Hundred (P125,417,100.00) Pesos as Available for Appropriation Pursuant to the Certification Issued by the Local Finance Committee and Appropriating the Same Amount for Specified Priority Programs, Projects and Expenditures of the City Government of Pagadian.
