RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0154 (Sponsor: Committee on Finance and Appropriations) "A RESOLUTION APPROVING ON SECOND READING, DRAFT APPROPRIATION ORDINANCE NO. 002, ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE DECLARING THE SUM OF ONE HUNDRED TWENTY-FIVE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED SEVENTEEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED (P125,417,100.00) PESOS AS AVAILABLE FOR APPROPRIATION PURSUANT TO THE CERTIFICATION ISSUED BY THE LOCAL FINANCE COMMITTEE AND APPROPRIATING THE SAME AMOUNT FOR SPECIFIED PRIORITY PROGRAMS, PROJECTS AND EXPENDITURES OF THE CITY GOVERNMENT OF PAGADIAN" AND FOR THE CONSIDERATION OF THE SAME ON THIRD AND FINAL READING" WHEREAS, this body, after thorough consideration of the substance and merits of Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 002 on Second Reading, finds the measure very relevant and most applicable under the present circumstances; WHEREAS, following the presentation of the Committee on Finance and Appropriation, the body deems the draft sufficient so as to warrant its treatment on Third Reading; NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Arnold R. Gavenia, be it RESOLVED to approve, as this body hereby approves on Second Reading, Draft Appropriation Ordinance No. 002, entitled: "An Ordinance Declaring the Sum of One Hundred Twenty-Five Million Four Hundred Seventeen Thousand One Hundred (P125,417,100.00) Pesos as Available for Appropriation Pursuant to the Certification Issued by the Local Finance Committee and Appropriating the Same Amount for Specified Priority Programs, Projects and Expenditures of the City Government of Pagadian" and for the consideration of the same on Third and Final Reading.
