RESOLUTION NO. 2019-0144 (Sponsor: Honorable Jesuseller M. Duterte) "A RESOLUTION COMMENDING AND EXPRESSING THIS BODY'S APPRECIATION TO MR. RESTITUTO M. BRONIOLA, A RESIDENT OF, BARANGAY NAPOLAN, THIS CITY, A TRICYCLE DRIVER BY OCCUPATION/LIVELIHOOD, PRESIDENT OF NAPOLAN DRIVERS OPERATORS ASSOCIATION, FOR HIS PRAISEWORTHY DEMONSTRATION OF HONESTY" WHEREAS, report reached this august body on the exemplary and admirable act by a certain Mr. Restituto M. Broniola, a resident of Barangay Napolan, this City, a tricycle driver and at present the President of Napolan Drivers Operators Association, who, without any hesitation, returned a considerable amount of cash and valuable jewelries, which he found during the conflagration incident at Barangay Dumagoc, last August 30, 2019, to the rightful owners, Mr. and Mrs. Jerry Gabatan. WHEREAS, such magnanimous and remarkable act exemplified by Mr. Restituto M. Broniola deserves all the accolade and compliment from the people of Pagadian City, hence, according him recognition and commendation is most appropriate. NOW, THEREFORE, on seconded motion of Honorable Jesuseller M. Duterte, be it. RESOLVED to commend and express, as this body commends and expresses appreciation to Mr. Restituto M. Broniola, a resident of barangay Napolan, this city, a tricycle driver by occupation/livelihood, president of Napolan Drivers Operators Association, for his praiseworthy demonstration of honesty. RESOLVED FURTHER, to let copies of this Resolution be transmitted to Mr. Restituto M. Broniola, Barangay Napolan, this City; and the Honorable City Mayor, this City, for their information.
